Shipping / Returns


US  SHIPPING

Items ordered and paid for will ship after 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted in description of product. We primarily ship through Fedex. After leaving our facility, Fedex typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

ORDER  ISSUES

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc. ) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We want all our customers to be happy and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that may come up.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade with 100% natural ingredients with no added dyes. You may find slight variations batch to batch (for example, slight changes in color).
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at info@aloorganics.com and provide an image of the damaged item(s). We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. There is no additional shipping fee for replacement of damaged items.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES 

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. We will offer a replacement or a shop credit under certain circumstances. Please email us at info@aloorganics.com with any concerns about your purchase so we can come to a resolution.
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Please note that Alō Organics is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Alō Organics. Return shipping will be deducted from the shop credit.
